Excellent staff. Courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, considerate, always. All with the exception of the "manager" Dave who worked on 7/3. He was a horrible representation of the company. Bad attitude, no customer service skills. Instead of wording a question differently (so that I could better understand what he was asking of me), he just repeated it over and over, getting louder each time, not allowing me to speak. As the horrendous phone call came to a close I ended with "ok, thank you", and was promptly hung up on before I was even able to get the "you" from "thank you" out. I am floored with how I was treated and will be reaching out to upper management to voice my concerns. I'm glad the employees that I have worked with prior to this have not let such piss poor management change the way they treat their customers and represent the "Advanced Auto" name. It brings me great displeasure to rate 1 star and I do not want that to be a representation of all employees at this location. The fact that this person is a manager, left me no choice but to rate as such. Feedback: Teach BASIC customer service skills to management if they are going to be in contact with the public in any way. You do not need to be a mechanic to drive a car nor purchase parts for a car and should not treated disrespectfully when inquiring on part availability.
